Weekly Workouts
These are my personal weekly workouts. I’m 30 years old, and I still want to be competitive in everything. A jack-of-all-trades if you will — strong, fast, technical, and conditioned.
This month’s training reflects that mindset:
-Main lifts (back squat, bench press) to build raw strength
-Hypertrophy work (it's beach season)
-Sprint training to stay explosive and fast
-Olympic lifting to stay sharp and technical
-Conditioning to keep the engine at a high level
Follow it all. Maybe try some of it. Or even just take ideas and incorporate them into your own workouts. Just keep showing up and doing the work.
