As a sports performance coach and strength and conditioning professional, my focus is on developing physical strength and mental fortitude. My philosophy is simple: show up, do the work, build disciplined habits that carry over into every aspect of life.Training is more than chasing results, it’s about what you gain from the process. The pursuit of growth requires commitment, especially when it gets challenging. Training becomes a tool to stay focused, move forward, and continually improve on the pursuit of becoming the person you want to be.Here I share my personal weekly training programs. They can be followed as written or used as inspiration to shape your own approach. These are geared towards former collegiate athletes who still crave competition, as well as individuals with a strong foundational training age. This is the pursuit of merging your professional life with the bravura of grit, discipline, and discomfort that training like an athlete demands.I don't claim to be an expert. What It Looks Like - September 25' (SAMPLE)
September is "GET BACK" season. So that means its time to grow.Coming off of a summer developing strength, speed, and overall power, we're getting back to the basics. Volume is the name of the game and we're filling the sleeves for the sideline.What It Looks Like:-Main lifts are Back Squat, Bench Press, and Weighted Pull-ups.
-6 days a week hitting every muscle group multiple times with an emphasis on lower body and back development.
-Cardio is nonnegotiable. We're never not doing it in any program.
-Calories are your friend. Chicken and rice ain't cutting it.Follow it all. Maybe try some of it. Or even just take ideas and incorporate them into your own workouts. Just keep showing up and doing the work.
